Default Are Bilsteins back in stock anywhere?

The rumors I heard were that mid April they'd be back in stock.

Anyone have any reliable info/links?

I've got some well-used (106K miles) ones off of my '00 SS. They would have to be rebuilt (especially the front, since I needed to drill through the nut), but I don't think it's that expensive (you can check their website for pricing). Strano may even offer rebuild services as well. Let me know if you want to go down that path.
