Since I've changed my lower control arms and panhard rod when I hit a bump or even cracks in the road there is banging noise from the diff area, do I NEED SPECIAL LUBE?

Did you torque them down to 75 ft. lbs.? Some also recommend up to 100 ft. lbs. Mine knock when they come loose too. I always forget to use friggin locktite.
I used the synthetic lube from Energy Suspension that came with my T/A. Works great, plus I had extra so i said **** it...

Are you lowered? I had a loud banging noise on the passenger side. The passenger side was hitting the bump stop. I read a lot of threads on the bump stops and got some info from a few others. I switched over to the Z28 bump stops and the loud banging noise has since gone away. I do get it when I hit a large bump.
