Default What to start with?

Just got a 98 Z28, the guy I bought it from didn't know anything about it. So far I've noticed it has a fan switch, 3:73's and the bottom of the air box cut out. Before I start putting another 100+ HP in this thing I would like to make the *** end stay planted. My problem is I don't know where to start. What are some of the best things I can do to help with some traction on this thing? Any inputs you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

if i was you id get new shocks first, because the stock de carbon shocks suck. Id go with koni single adjustable up front and bilstein HDs in the back. Then id get SFCs, and maybe lowering springs.

what type of traction, drag, road corse, or street. IF you just want to keep it planted i would go with a good set of springs and some shocks.

I would start with SFC first. I have BMR tubular on my car and it really tightened it up.

My two favorite (and easy) first improvements are a Strut tower brace and a panhard rod. Those will really make the car feel more positive. They are inexpensive (relatively) and easy to install, then onto subframe connectors and control arms....

Just my thoughts.
