No you do not need relocation brackets. Relocations are used for lowered cars to correct control arm angle. They are also used as a traction device.

just asking "do i need relocation brackets with my lca's??" is like only asking half a question.....sort of like asking, "do i need ice with my water?". without knowing what you're going to use the water for (for drinking, cooking, bathing), we can't accurately answer the question.
we need to know what your intentions are for the car. is it only a daily driver? is it a drag racing car? is it an autocross/road race car?
as a stock-height daily driver, no.
as a stock-height drag car, maybe not, but they could benefit you.
as a stock-height auto-x/road race car, no.
as a lowered car for any purpose, they are recommended, but depending on the application, not absolutely "required".

As stated above, technically, no. But, in my stock height car,the lower control arm geometry was so bad (from the factory) it wheel-hopped violently, which led to popping a carrier bearing or two. The relocation brackets solved that problem immediately. Now, I'm slightly lowered so I can only imagine what kind of mess I'd be in if I didn't have them!
