NEED HELP!! Bad noise!!

NEED HELP!! Bad noise!! I was driving my car a few days ago, and made a left hand turn at about 10 mph..nothing big..no worries just on my way back home. Well I heard a funky noise..like something popped in the back of the car Didnt really think much about it. I pulled in the garage and called it a day. Well Now every time i turn left, i get this horrrrrrible 
popping noise. Like 2 pretty solid things are catching on each other. Now i tried to test it out and it ONLY does it when i turn left, and under a positive load. If i have my foot on the clutch or i am just rolling while turning left...nothing! but if i have my foot just ever so slightly on the gas while turning left it goes "POP". Ive listed as much suspension stuff as i know below. Im hoping this has happened to somebody else and they can tell me what it is cuz i spent all day under my car and Im still Clueless.. 
Mosier/Strange 9" w/ 4.30 gears,31 spline axles

Lakewood Rear Lower Control Arms with Poly bushings.
