Default Baer brake info

I have pretty much decided I am going to go with this Baer set up: http://www.stealthperf.com/cgi-bin/s...10160-5JN.html

The questions I have are:
-What type of pads does this system run? I have Hawk HPS pads in my garage so will these work with this set up or should I sell them?
-Also any advice or comments would be appreciated in terms of add on's I'll need etc. I am just getting the plain rotors, no crossdrilled etc. I am hard on my brakes so that will be best. Thanks!

You do realize your stock calipers are 2 piston PBR calipers, don't you?

You do realize the Vette calipers are only $100 each, don't you?

Yeah I know I'm crazy, I just don't want anything that says corvette on my car. I could sand it down though. The main thing I'm looking for is larger rotors/braking system. I'm open to suggestions.

If your willing to go that far, atleast go with 4 piston kit. You dont have to do the whole corvette brake upgrade, I think they make a kit that allows just the rotors to be upgraded to a larger size.

To answer your first question. The Baer Systems come with a PBR pad. You can also upgrade to SBS pads. The GT kit has the PBR caliper used on the C5, with a lrger rotor and ALL the harware to do the upgrade. Highly recommended.
