Default New shocks and struts, now problem!!!

Ok so pretty much my cars struts were toast, meaning fluid leaked out and yeah you could push them close by hand. So i brought my car to Tuffy's and they put all new springs and struts on the front. Then they called me and told me that its ready but their is this LOUD clunking sound coming from the front and they cant figure it out! So i bring it to straightline performance and they look at it and say everything was put on right and they think it might be the ball joints. Maybe the reason that i couldnt hear the noise before was because of the lack of working struts? But yeah whenever i hit the slightest bump i hear this LOUD popping sound from the front!!! Any suggestions!?

this happened to me once and it turned out that i put that triangular rubber piece on upside down. Had to compress the spring, take the bolt off and turn that piece over.

Jack up the front and look for a space between the shock mount and the top rubber mount. Common problem as some shops love to use an impact gun to tighten the front shock bolt to compress the spring.

So u think that the shop didnt tighten them all the way? Because everything feels tight but I don't know? What about the control arm bushings they have some play in them...

Eibach springs, and i dont know wut kind of struts. But its a loud popping/clunking sound coming from both sides. And when two people push the car down in the front, you can also hear the popping sound!

Without a doubt, they need to come out and inspected for proper assembly. I keep it simple, if it wasn't doing it before, then it has to be the strut/springs.
