Default front brakes dragging bad! help please!

its a 98 TA with an abs delete kit and slp line locks. the problem is while driving the brake pedel will get very hard and both front brakes are grabbing very hard. I pulled the line locks off, still doing it, i put a different master cyl. on, still doing it, I pulled both calipers apart and they are in perfect working order, or at least they appear to be. I also blew out all the brake lines and fittings in the front to make sure there was nothing in there. I had the calipers powder coated but they seem to be moving fine with no fluid in them and the sliders are fine. my front brake lines are about 1.5 inches from a header tube, could heat have anything to do with this? after the car sits for a while it will slowly release pressure

That heat will expand your brake fluid (maybe even boil it). That's probably what's causing your problem. Get some heat shielding and see if that helps.

Default brake hoses

make sure the brake hoses aren't kinked or being restrictive. If so this will keep pressure from hose to caliper
