The two big bolts to the rearend housing are 97ft-lbs.
The attach bracket to transmission tail shaft is as follows (note that this assumes M6):
Upper bolt - 20ft-lbs
Forward bolt - 37ft-lbs
Both Nuts - 33ft-lbs

I know that is what the book says for a stock TA ...

I suggest you bust the inner lining of your abdomen wall tightening those two rear bolts. And after a day or so of driving, check again.

To get the bolts out, you'll have to let the rear droop. Level is not an issue. The only pivot point is on the trans and it's spherical bearing. So it won't pre-load or bind.

Speaking of those rear torque arm bolts... Anyone know which way they're supposed to go? Bolt head on top, or bottom? I took mine off and can't remember which way the bolts are supposed to go

Bolt head on top, nut on bottom.
