Raybestos???
Raybestos??? Trying to decide what kind of rotors to go with, have a buddy that works at kragen and can give me a deal on some raybestos rotors (but ive never heard of the brand???), and i was wondering what kind of quality raybestos rotors are...if not raybestos, ill go with the brembo blanks...

they make brakes also. been around for as long as i can remember. i suppose theyd be a decent replacement. dont expect to get any extra stopping performance. the brembos are im sure a much better quality, in the machining and actual makeup of the steel. if you want just a plain replacement, theyll do alright.
could always go C5 conversion. theres a thread in this section about it. it is overkill for just street driving. LS1s have very good brakes as is. if you want better street stopping, hawk HPS and brembo blanks are all you need. if you want it for looks and performance, C5s are the way to go. especially if you autox/road race at all.
