Default squeaking from under car - Tq arm?

Anyone ever get squeaking sounds from polyurethan mount that is attatched to the Transmission for the Spohn Adj tq arm..
I have a nasty squeak and it almost sounds like it is coming from there, do you need to regularly lube that?

You need to keep that bushing well greased. Make sure that you use the proper grease. The wrong type will deteriorate you bushings.
