Wierd clicking noise??

Wierd clicking noise?? About a month ago I put in another 10bolt rear with a tru trac and 4.10s. Ive been noticing a wierd noise coming from the left rear. Seems to have the same sound as the brake hardware rubbing on the rotor.The funny part is when I hit the brakes the noise stops. So I def think it would have something to do with the brakes. Anyway I had a shop next to my work take a look at it today. They took it apart and couldnt seem to find anything wrong with it and put it back together again and its still making the noise. Could it be a axle bearing. Or is the E brake just barely rubbing?? They said the E brake looked fine. Any help is apprciated. Thanks.
