futural F13 for sale i have a F13 cam from futural with about 20k on it. specs 230/232 .595.585 114+4lsa. it has usual wear from lifters, but should be able to polish not bad at all. would like to sell locally so buyer can see cam to decide. $150 or best offer. thx.joe

that means there is 4 degrees of advance ground into the lobes. basically valve event manipulation. advancing the cam usually lowers the powerband to give a bit more power under the peak rpm.
