Uh, yeah, no. He's not getting 4000 for it. Those parts are used, no guarantees that anything isn't damaged, and in general for a few grand more you can get a (running! non wrecked!) Fbody.

This is on the same level of the guy who was trying to get 20K for a roller.

Place here in SA high performance salvage would get $3K for that engine and @ least another $1K for all the extra **** he could part out. Just takes time
