anyone familiar with speedtek performance?? anyone here have had work done with speedtek? I just want to see what kind of work they have done for ppl around the dallas area, I was thinking of letting do my tune but wanted to see what you guys thought about them

no but hell no! they dnt know enough about tuning they sell old school parts... get ahold of HPP Racing in lewisville, Dallas performance in Garland, LG Motorsports in Wylie, those are the best ones around

^^^ I agree i was gonna try to get a tune there until they told me it was gonna be over $600, i wouldnt go to them for that, much less anything. When i was building my ls1 i needed some small parts and they did even the simplest thing as a crank bolt or any popular AN fittings that i needed (Little Stuff) . not a big deal but when its late sat afternoon everone else is closed.. They give good advice though..lol .
Might try SNL performance they did me really well and they will explain everything step by step of what they do..

Yeah or Gear heads, i live down the street from speedtech and them fools sold me the wrong weld lug nuts and spent about $ 60 bucks on them but besides that all my friends say they suck so now for my mustangs i go to dallas mustang or gear heads.

Simple Quick Racing in Benbrook is who my car is going to. Daniel and Scott have tuned almost all of my friends cars, and from everyone I talked too SQR they like to make sure the cold start idle picks up without a problem. I dont have a problem lending them my car for acouple of days.
