so why the need for two threads about the same thing? I will not be buying anything from them since reading seeing your situation, just more curious really.

I agree he mislead you that much is clear and he seemed willing to take care of it if this had been an on arrival instance. It is very difficult for people to take something back after that long. It's just that there are so many shady people and there is no telling what COULD have happened to it. If it's a working stall you would be better off using it or selling it with the info you have on it.

As a good friend and I always joke about, "Hell this ain't Wal-Mart!"...

Good luck either way!

Deal local - do your homework and know what you're buying - pay cash.

I completly understand waht you are saying. I'm an idiot for not seeing that it wasn't a yank stall when I received it, but the point is I bought a yank 3600 stall....I got...who knows what.

Buying parts that aren't local to people happen all the time. As another post said, I should ahve done my homework, but didn't. Might end up costing me $410....leasson learned.

Nice first post....I see a pattern here.

Well him and the seller both messed up. The seller didnt check it when he sold the stall. He just listen to the person that sold it to him. Some people are just more trusting than others but that changes the first time they get screwed over.

It don't matter this guy got took he bought a yank and he didn't get what he paid for.that's like buying a lsx block and getting a painted orange 6.0 ironblock.just cause it is in the texas section don't mean we have to take up for this guy.no i don't know either party but right is right and wrong is wrong...he needs a refund or he needs his yank...so seller needs to make it right...
