Why LT1?
Basically because any LS1 I find in this price range will not be up to par mechanically or cosmetically or will have a ton of miles on it. Plus I've owned 4 LT1 cars and loved them all. No doubt I would take an LS1 over an LT1 any day, but money constraints lead me to believe I will have more luck finding an LT1 car that fits my needs.

I'm considering selling it, but I'm looking for a bit closer to $6k.
Just something to consider.

happysem, I wish I had the cash for that but $5k is max. It would be perfect and the mileage is awesome. Looks clean as hell too. And I wouldn't be worried about emissions, I get my inspections done in the boondocks.

I have a 1995 Z28 M6 I might sell for the right price. Comes with SLP Cold Air, 1LE elbow, airfoil, and flowmaster muffler. Has a few body flaws but is mechanically sound. Silver, T-tops, 104k, AC and heat works great. Just changed the oil, rear diff fluid, and replaced the rear wheel studs. PM me if interested. Located near El Paso, TX.
