Default 388ci stroker and tranny for sale

Turn Key Power Train

Engine
388ci. Small block chevy stroker 4 bolt main.
Bored 60 over, zero decked, and machine notched for stroker kit.
Forged bottom end with scat crank and all ARP bolts.
Chet Herbert solid lift cam with he lift.
Dart II 202 heads, rough cut intake ports, ported and polished exhaust ports.
Harlem sharp roller rockers and ARP head kit.
Thick wall aluminum valve covers.
Old school high rise, air gap Victor Jr. intake with bigger deeper runners.
1050 cfm holley dominator carb with bigger squirters.
MSD 6AL system with pro billit distributor, cap, and rotor.
Big block gear reduction starter.
Headman thin wall headers with 1 ¾” primaries and 3” collectors.


Transmission
Turbo 400 Automatic.
Case has been drilled out to fit triple disc clutch packs and B&M shift kit.
Reverse manual valve body.
Trans brake.
Art Carr 3500 stall converter.
B&M pro stick shifter.


Only royal purple fluids have been used in this set up. Estimated to make around 550HP. My full bodied 67 chevelle went 11’s in the quarter on street tires and pump gas with this set up. And yes the engine is built for nitrous! I just don’t have nitrous on it.

I am asking $4,000. I’ll pull it, but you pick it up. Delivery will cost more.

where are you located and when was last time freshened or how long has it been built ?

I am located in Snyder Tx. you might have to google it, most haven't heard of it. Its between Abeline and Lubbock.

The engine was built I think about 5 years ago. I know that sounds like a long time but we only drive the car like 3 times a year. Mostly just for car shows and burnout contests. It hasn't been raced in several years. So not very many miles.
