i dont see why it wouldnt...the torque arm is tucked up snugly under the car against the drivers side of the trans tunnel...

i believe there are 3 different versions of it. i know that m6 and automatic are different. what year and tranny was the car that this came off of?

it was on an A4 LT1, the end that bolts to the trans crossmember is a slotted hole, so i would assume drilling is neccesary anyways.
