It's clean. Light shiny wear on lobes...no lines or gouges.

Will either of the two lower duration cams work in a stock ls6 as far as piston to valve clearance is concerned?

 

I'm pretty sure you'd have to flycut with either one of those on a stock bottom end.

 

I wouldn't think of trying without measuring p to v.
