02 Grand Am SE I have one too many vehicles and I may be deploying next month as well so I gotta sell my Grand Am
I'm the original owner, 130,000 gentle highway miles. I drove this car from Burleson County to TAMU and Blinn every day for five years (65mi round trip). I average ~28mpg in town and 32+ on the highway.
Pros: gas mileage, its clean - interior is clean and looks good. Some of the buttons are losing their paint and the driver seat bolsters are sagging but no tears or stains. I dont smoke.
Cons: the exterior is rough - I'd give it a 7/10. There is a softball-sized dent in the trunk where some drunk kicked it several years ago. There is another dent on the quarter panel behind the driver door where another drunk side-swiped me and took off. It was keyed but I had a local shop touch it up.
I did all the maintenence myself - I'm very meticulous and mechanically this car runs as good as the day I purchased it. There is a very slight, almost unnoticeable hesitation in first gear at 1600rpm that I think a good Seafoam-ing would fix. Otherwise the steering is tight, no air leaks, everything works fine

book value in this condition is $3400 so I'm asking $3000

this is the perfect daily driver for someone wanting to keep the miles off their other vehicle - great gas mileage, doesnt burn oil or waste coolant. I've had the wife, both kids, and over 200lbs of gear and luggage in it, AC blasting and it still averages over 30mpg. Full coverage for me with 1 speeding ticket is ~$37/mo
I need it gone so I'm not having to pay insurance and my wife doesnt have to worry about it while I'm gone
