Moving SALE!! FURNITURE Were moving in Two weeks. There is a community Garage sale this coming weekend so I wanted to post up to ls1Tech community first.
Living Room Set: 1 Coffee Table, 2 end tables, 1 couch, 1 love seat, 1 recliner. The fabric is TAN-ish colored velvet.
asking $600 for the whole set O.B.O.
Defects: The recliner has a bolt missing and can be replaced by going to a local hardware store. The couch has a wooden brace that needs to be replaced. Either of theses are simple fix's. I may have them corrected by this weekend. The coffee table has some scratches on them from our kids when they were infants but this can be repaired with some wood filler, sanding and a wood stain. Other than that, I cant think of any other issues with this set.
We do not own any animals so for those who have allergies this is a great deal for you.
