Yearly bump . Sold the land, hopefully closing this week, supposed to have been yesterday. House is going on the market in the next week. We are ready to move closer to my job.

When we were house hunting there were a lot of nice houses in katy and spring that seemed like really great deals, I'm guessing since the market is so saturated in those areas w/ homes available. I wanted to move out there but decided against it (stayed in pearland) to stay close to family.
