Custom BBK Intake. BBK custom intake painted black and cut open for porting and more room inside the actual housing. The Map sensor hole has been welded and the only open hole is the one port on the back, that goes to the brake booster The bottom of the intake is welded with a sheet metal plate.
We had issues tuning the car with this intake and decided to go victor jr for the turbo car. I think it was just because the map sensor was relocated, altho its a very nice intake and ive read that in stock form it picks up 13rwhp over the ls6 intake....

I loved my ported BBK I had on my car! One of the only problems they have after you weld the bottom up. (That fixes 90% of the leaks) is the intake hits on the small head bolts. If you will notice on the upside down pic there are little nicks on the mounting surface between the runners. That's where it's hitting and causes it to not seal well. Clearance those spots just a little and the intake is golden!!
