The way I see it is that the head unit is worth about 200 bucks. Adapters can actually be found slightly cheaper than what you are asking.
Hence, I'll raise my offer to $280 for the HU, C2R-GM24 and SWI-JACK. If OK, let me know, if not, then we'll just have to move on.

You can purchase cheaper adapters, but they may not retains all warning chimes including back-up chimes, memory seats, low fuel, door/hatch ajar and others.
$280 for HU, C2R-GM24, and Scosche iPod adapter. If you change your mind you know where i'm at.
