For sale is my 2004 Ford Lightning. Color is Sonic Blue. I bought the truck new in November 2004. Truck has 81,XXX miles and it is my daily driver so I am going to continue driving it until it sales. Truck has had oil changed every 3,000 miles with Mobil 1 synthetic. Truck has stock eaton super charger Truck has a color matched spray in bedliner (brand is Speedliner) and a Century hard top bedcover.
Modifications:
4 lb lower pulley (brings boost to approx. 12 psi)
Johnny Lightning Performance Cold Air Intake
SCT BA2400 Mass Air Sensor
Metco 90mm idler pulley
Bassani High Flow Midpipe (high flow catalytic converters)
JDM Engineering Silver Bullet Catback (x-pipe and magnapack mufflers with 3.5 inch tips)
Suspension:
Hotchkis Suspension front and rear springs
Belltech Shackles
(Drop is 2" in front and 4" in the rear.)
QA1 single adjustable shocks in the rear
Wheels:
Stock 2004 Lightning wheels powder coated black with a machined lip.
Nitto 555 tires
Stock interior plus a double din Alpine touch screen CD/DVD player with ipod hookup.
Truck was tuned by Patrick at PSI Motorsports in Webster,TX. Truck made 408 horsepower and 510 ft- lbs Torque. There are three tunes a "hot weather" tune, a "cold weather" tune, and a "valet" tune.
Hot weather tune is the tune the dyno numbers were made on and is meant to be ran when outside temperature is above 60F.
Cold weather tune has a little timing taken out and is meant for outside temps under 60F. (This eliminates the chance of detonation that would cause engine damage)
Valet tune only allows the engine to get to 3500 rpm. I used this tune when I had to leave the truck at the dealership for example.
Patrick is known in the Lightning community as one of the top tuners in the US. His tunes make great power but doesn't sacrifice daily drivability.
Price for the truck is $18,000, and negotiable to a point.
