Glad to hear you found the title. You want $7k for it with the salvage title?

Did the guy sign the sellers portion on the back of the title? Has anything been filled out in the buyers portion? If his part is filled out and signed but the buyers spot is blank since you obviously never registered it in your name, you may be able to just have the buyer fill out that portion and have the "previous owner" write a bill of sale to make it go through at the registration office. If you filled in the buyers spot... then i don't know what to tell you. You'll prob have to get it switched to your name before you will be able to sell it and register it to someone else.
