Your price would be OK...if it were running. This seems a well thought out combo and it would be in your interest, keep or sell, to make it run at least half ***. You may think the other guy is an a-hole, maybe he is, but he's also right. The sooner you accept this, the sooner you will get off zero. Every commercial term has a price and "won't run" on a car is a steep one.
