2000 Camaro SS
Motor and transmission have been modified with Texas speed cam and ported 241 heads, Hooker headers, MSD, Shaner, K+N, and free mods. Also has both new belt tensioners and belts, master cylinder, Optima battery. Royal Purple fluid.
The transmission is a built TDP 6 speed that also has a stage 2 clutch and Hurst shifter. I replaced the driveshaft seal that was leaking but I used a cheap seal and it's leaking again but I have a new GM seal for it. Royal Purple fluid.
The rearend is posi but I do not know the gear ratio. It has new tires that are Khumo in front 275/40ZR17 and new Nitto Extreme Drag in back 315/35R17.
The exhaust has Hooker long tubes straight into cut outs and then to a single single chamber Flowmaster and dumped at the rearend.. Sounds good but will not pass inspection and the sticker just went out in January. I have a brand new Magnaflow converter but still needs to be installed and tailpipes ran.
The Camaro has full power and everything works like it should except the passenger window is a little slow going up. A/C blows ice cold. It has leather interior in great shape except for the usual driver side bolster wear. No cracks in the dash or door panels. Factory CD radio and speakers. The spring on the ashtray lid is broken.
The outside of the Camaro is well above average but it does have a few paint chips from daily driving. It has new tail lights, marker lights and front signal lenses. One headlight is new and the other has a little haze to it. The top has the typical paint bubbles behind the T tops.
The Camaro is very fun to drive and will turn every "Car guy's" head with the cam lope. I have been daily driving it since I got it and have not had a single issue other than the a/c tensioner squealing and I replaced all of the associated parts with GM replacements. Once the inspection issue is addressed you can drive this car anywhere.
