This fits 97-02? For some reason I thought 01 and 02 attachment was a little different? My dad is rebuilding a 35th camaro and needs one (airbags deployed and blew the dash). If this will work he may take it. He lives in Geenvilke so that's not far.

Yes the 97-02 are all the same lower/upper dash.
This one however did come out of an 02. If your interested call/text me on my cell.
