Shouldn't make a difference on VB or TC. Only the bellhousing is different.

Exactly. Bolt pattern is different which adds a little complication and expense. Ran into this when I helped a buddy drop an LS1 in his '72 Formula with the BOP TH400. IIRC, we had to order an adapter plate.

Chevy style bellhousing will bolt right up to an LS engine though.

Let me know how much it is to ship to 77373. I can probably find one close if I don't decide to go with a T56 instead, but I'm open to the idea if it's not too expensive.
