I have a 370 shortblock built from truck 6.0 iron block. Diamond forged 11510 pistons with 2cc valve reliefs, Callies 6.1 compstar H-beams with arp 2000 bolts, Stock gm ls1 crank, CS2010-35 piston rings gapped for a mild 150-200 hit. Or mild boost. Clevite crank and rod bearings, durabond cam bearings. Engine block was machined at Houston Engine & Balance. Rotating Assembly balanced by Jeff. Has gone 12.20s @ 110 in my truck with a mild cam, stock ls3 heads and intake through 4l80e. Still needed some tuning. Pictures are of new stuff the shortblock has around 500 miles and 6 passes down the 1/4 currently. It is still in truck but the heads are currently being ported @ TEA. If it sells I will pull it for the new owner. If it doesnt then I will bolt heads back up and shoot for 11s on motor. Engine has not seen any nos yet. What compression did it have, and what CC was the heads.

 

Also what's the max rwhp rating for this motor

 

There is no max HP rating for a motor. Being forged it will take as much as the ring gap can handle. The stock crank wi handle as much as the pistons and rods. I would say, if the gap was opened up, it would take 1000 HP easily.
