Cash in hand. Anyone that has dealt with me on this sight will tell you I don't B.S.
I prefer 28' but will consider down to a 24'.
I will not buy a piece of ****. I however am o.k. with small repairs.
A friend just bought a nice 28' with good tires for $3500 and other friends have made similar deals. I will make a similar deal as well.
I can travel a few hours but will expect some good pictures.
The plainer the inside, the better.(just sold house and need storage room for a while)
