Default WTB: Third Gen Camaro or Firebird

I know this is probably a long shot, but anyway...

Would be interested to see if there are any good condition 3rd Gens around. Needs to be in excellent condition and willing to also pay for the condition. Not looking for a project that needs work.

Additional bonus is if it already has had LSx conversion done.

I know there are some here who have 3rd Gens, so chime in.

There was a red 92' in West Columbia for sale with 50k miles on it for $8k but I don't know if it is still there. I will look when I am back that way. They are out there in excellent shape you just have to look and not get in a hurry. I have a LS swapped 90' but it is a drag car.

I check thirdgen.org pretty regularly, that would be your best bet.

Not sure if you want something finished but this roller looks like a solid. I wish I needed another project because this thing has a ton of potential.

That is a damn good looking roller. I wonder if it is harnessed for fuel injection or a carb? It looks to be priced pretty good as well.

Checking Thirdgen.org ever now and then, too. And looking for a turnkey car, prefer LS swapped.

Seen that. Asked a few questions the other day, but haven't heard back yet.

There are some clean builds every now and again. Some are more projects. My goals to find a low mile stockish L98 Formula, there's cheaper ones out there but I don't want to have to sink money in it for paint, interior, fixing some ones science project, etc. All that adds back up to what a clean one would have cost from the get go. That and you can still sell the drive train to off set the cost.

The tpi or tbi motors and a4 and m5 trans that come in 3rd gems are usually very hard to get any money back from.honestly the only ppl who want them. Are 3rd Gen guys who are low on funds and are just trying to repair or get the car on the road. Eventually someone will be interested if its a 350. But be prepared. To get lowballed for it. Not much $ recovery in the 3rd gens stock. Engine/trans.
