Looking for an LT1 engine.

Hey guys, the BRAND NEW rear main seal on my 92 Corvette has started leaking. Looking to build a mild cammed LT1, but I would like to keep driving the leaky bastard while I get the new engine ready. So yeah, looking for one. Don't really care about what year it came out of. Would prefer aluminum heads, but I wouldn't be opposed to iron for the right price. Would also prefer that it's a running engine, no spun bearings, too damned hard to get all of the residual shavings out.

In the Dallas area, but willing to drive a few miles.

I got a whole lt1 pullout w trans n harness n pcm. Ran n drove. But needs
rebuild. Has iron heads. Selling cheap

Houston is a little further than I would like to drive, but shoot me some prices.

Saw a rebuilt one on Dallas CL a few days ago. IIRC, it was in Lewisville.

Saw that too, but I don't trust people. I would rather get an engine and rebuild it myself.

I bought the car n drove it back about 10miles. It runs n idles fine.but has a lifter/rocker arm/pushrod tick above 3000rpm.

Had about 45psi oil pressure. Oil looks normal. No bottom end noises.
Negotiable on price.

Don't need this any more. Went out today and it looks like the rear main puked a good quart of oil. No driving this thing long term. Thanks for the offers.

If you change your mind I have a good one out of a 94 Z28. Complete. $500 has professional products throttle body. Msd coil. Headers, y pipe. New cap and rotor for opti.
