Do you know what it was that cut your head so badly? Visor maybe? Did you hit the windshield or door window?

Damn DJ, that is pretty bad. Wow, even broke the motor. I don't see any way that they won't total the car. Glad you're OK. Could have been a whole lot worse if you hadn't backed up about four feet when you saw it was inevitable that you were going to get hit. Hopefully she has good insurance.

****! Doesn't look as bad as I thought. New belt and a couple of head lights and shes ready to go LOL! You can get you a new ZR1 maybe?? Hopefully the lady had good insurance cause a lot of people don't carry enough to cover the cost of a car like that, they take care of their customers car first and then whats left goes towards your car, then your going to have to claim on your insurance possiblely and that would suck! Seen it a few times usually happens with cars over 50K is why I mention it although you probably already know this. GL!

Corvette's protect the passengers very will in a collision. I totalled my 02 Z06 with a similar head on hit and walked away with nothing but a sore back for a couple days.

DJ,
Car was beautiful but I'm sure you'll be back in the saddle with something new once all the dust clears with the insurance folks.

What caused all of the cuts? Did the side window bust out?

Glad you made it out.
