They have talked about that several times on espn today. Apparently the ref used to play Lb in college. The SEC said he was in the correct position and was protecting himself... Definitely a weird play.

I was thinking this is a commercial also. from the signs they were showing and the way it looks... does not look legit....

This ref just didn't anticipate when the qb was gonna cut back.

Football flashbacks...get them all the time.

You can't seriously tell me you haven't been walking around at, lets say the mall, and next thing you know, everyone is wearing a helmet and pads. You blink a few times, but nothing happens. All of a sudden, the ball carrier is coming right at you. What do you do? You knock the **** outta the ball carrier. Just as you do this, you snap back to reality to see a horrified mother crying and her baby lying motionless on the floor. FUMBLE!!!
