i have the plate holder still rapped in the bag it comes in in my back seat i havent got pulled over for it yet but if i do "im just waiting on payday to take it up to gm to have it done"

and what ive been told by the sarge of mansfield PD was they use the front license plate for laser guns.. to have a target to catch you speeding
