right on!! ive been runing just about 2 miles atleast 4 times a day!! just looking to drop 10-15 lbs.

im trying to gain 15lbs of muscle. I hate being this light. Any tips for lean muscle?

You want to clean bulk, which will take about a year maybe less depending on your work ethic and consistency in the gym, and depending on your body type (mesomorph(best case), ectomorph(soundls like you) and endomorph(the big boys)). Eat tons of chicken, tuna, egg whites, oats.... Drink tons of water and take 3-AD, creatine, multi-v,and tons of protein. And lift really really heavy. Im going the dirty bulk (8000 calories a day) and the cut phase route. It's hard when it's honest(no AAS).

mesomorph? ectomorph? endomorph?
I run alot(easy week is 50miles) its just my upper body that i cant really do **** with. Im 6ft and weigh 135lbs and can run a 10.8 in the 100yard dash. But can only bench around 150max. I want to be able to bench 200 by Febuary.

lol ****.
i can cut back to 35 miles a week but thats it. I plan on running a marathon (26.2 miles of death) in may. Should i do alot of reps with some weight or 6-8 with 75-85%max?
I want lean and cut muscle more than bulk

Only person i know that does that is a marathon runner. but he jsut runs 8-10 miles at once everyday

4 years of training lol. Most i have ever run at once was 11 and could have kept going but a COP told me to go home since I was running in a neighborhood I didnt live anywhere near. I live in the middle of no where and almost get hit everytime i run here so i drive to my highschool and run around its suburbs. Cops dont seem to like it for some reason.

Okay well to cut you want to run like you are and do lower weight, high rep. I think you got the idea. But putting on 15lbs of muscle is outta the question lol.
