Awesome, I need to start going again (again x 101723479792). I been trying, but haven't been consistent. I just to need to man up and stop being a homo. I get lazy when it comes to prepping meals.

Someone mentioned the Holocaust diet at one time. Screw that I eat 6-7 times a day and dropped weight.

The best motivation is results. And you're seeing them, good job man. Keep it up.

Congrats man!

I started dieting and running in August, but didn't get serious till early Sept. I've lost 27lbs by just eating better, and running 3-5 miles a day.

I got up to 209lbs which is outrageous for me since just a year ago when I got out of the military I was 170! Which is my goal. I'm now 181lbs so 11lbs to go.

Cut out fast food, soda's (hardest for me), and when I eat I only eat till I'm content instead of stuffed. I eat a lot of fruit to tie me over between meals.

I can eat anything and everything I want and not gain a pound. I call it the "all you can eat" diet.

Congrats on losing the weight though. You'll be healthier and your race weight will be less.

Congrats man! Don't stop now, it'll only get better! So how much more do you want to lose? Is there gonna be a bulking phase anytime soon?

lol well i wanted to get below 205 but if i can do 170 and not look super skinny than hey the more the better. If i do get to 170 i want to look like tiago alves hahahaha. but seriously 205-185 would be fine with me. it depends on what i will look like when i reach 205.

congrads on the weight loss, i feel ya. how tall are you btw? i'm floating around the 185 and have hit the wall so far. been down to 180 and it dont feel all that good to me, i'm 5-10.5 and came down from 236 at the begining of this year.
