Still having problems

Still having problems My tach quit working after I had the 5.7 swapped out for a 6.0. I was told that it could be the cam sensor so Sunday I changed out the sensor and the tach still doesn’t work. When I put a scanner on the car it is saying there is a low signal from cam sensor bank A.
After the swap, the car sometimes will back fire a little through the exhaust. All I do is shut off the key and try again and it will usually start. The car runs great while driving but the car is idled up kind of high as the car is rolling/coasting or stopping. When I stop the motor will idol down but as soon as I give the car gas it will idol back up until the car comes to a complete stop.
Any ideas? I was told the cam sensor could be part of the idling issue... I have not gotten the car re-tuned yet because I need to get this issue resolved. Nothing was changed other then the short block, same Cam, heads, intake, etc...
