If Tech beats OSU and then loses to OU, who would represent the South in the Big XII Championship game, assuming OU, OSU, UT, and Tech win the rest of their games. Tech or Texas?

or if you are a logical thinker.
OSU is a true proven team. very balanced, most likely the BEST rushing game in the big XII conference... the ability to hold the ball and control the clock, let alone a great defense.
also robinson is a good qb and with great recievers like dez bryant can form potential downfall for tech.
techs only upside is playing at home... but i don't think they can have the same intensity they had last week, plus i doubt mike leach can control his players to keep their heads in the game throughout this week.
time will tell tomorrow on prime time tv.....

I find it funny that everyone from tech forgets Nebraska and the first half of the A&M game. OSU is a very good team that we squeaked out at home. Tech will have to play VERY well to win this weekend against what I consider to be one of the strongest teams ever produced by OSU. Tech has looked like garbage at times against sub par teams. I wouldn't be too confident if I was a Tech student or fan...

So is it fair to call you a Texas Tech "nutswinger" because you're picking them?

b If three or more teams are tied, steps 1 through 7 will be followed until a determination is made. If only two teams remain tied after any step, the winner of the game between the two tied teams shall be the representative.
1 The records of the three teams will be compared against each other
2 The records of the three teams will be compared within their division
3 The records of the three teams will be compared against the next highest placed teams in their division in order of fi nish (4, 5 and 6)
4 The records of the three teams will be compared against all common conference opponents;
5 The highest ranked team in the first Bowl Championship Series Poll following the completion of Big 12 regular season conference play shall be the representative
6 The team with the best overall winning percentage [excluding exempted games] shall be the representative

I love it how UT fans are pimping OSU and are the only ones that think the pokes will win this game. I am familiar with OSUcks and they traditionally are not that good on the road. And going into Lubbock hasn't been easy for anyone lately. We shall see I guess....

winning in lubbock hasn't been that bad, i mean we did it there the last 6 times we were there... just didn't come to play.
we are really missing orakpo, but i would rather have him out and healthy for kansas then risk him against baylor.
and we are missing lamar houston

How do you not think this game is a coin flip? I guess you don't watch much college football...
