That's a pretty nice light. My buddy has one on his HK so obviously I wanted to find something better...

Is that the best one? I'm waiting to see the Surefire X400.

They all pretty much offer the same features, I've always like the color and beam focus on the Streamlight, so it mainly comes down to cost. Streamlight is a great product for the money

I absolutely love my Sig P220 .45. I've shot a .40 HK and although I always thought I would like them, it didn't 'fit' me well, I couldn't hit with it. I picked up my buddies Kimber & could hit with it....could hit stuff with the Glock....my Sig...but not the HK. See if there's a place near you that has one you can rent & fire before dropping down cash on it.

Was searching for the best laser/light combos for my new HK45 and google found this thread. Gotta say, it's accurate as hell. It was down to either the HK45, FNP45 or the Springfield XD. The springfield was really accurate, pleasure to shoot but felt super cheap, magazine and slide. The FN was too big for my hands. I have small hands and figured the HK45 was out of the question but for a full size it feels great with the smaller size back-strap for the handle. Going to get a threaded barrel and light/laser combo, probably viridian.

I realy like rugers. I have a sr9c and its an awesome gun. Put close to 1k rounds n not a single jam. Easy to break down n clean. But for a .45 I think id go with a kimber. I love sig saurs also. Glocks are cool n dependable but doesnt compare to the better guns, I think they have horrible recoil.

Kimbers are over priced, HKs are over priced as well... FNP 45 will perform just as well as either if not better and cost you less.

Fnp is nice. Only problem I had was it didn't feel right in my hands. Damn these hands. So I went with a ruger p345d. Awesome gun.
