we have plenty of talent, i wish people would stay... but we do have a good team again. blew out poor Old Dominion tonight
No A&M fan ever though that we were going to get a MNC this year. Fran drove the program into the ground, everyone knew it would take a couple of years to get it back to a .500 team.

No matter how bad things are for the Ag football team, and even when the reality of how bad the state of the program is, there are lots of A&M fans that always think that this is "their year" around August. There are some very knowledgable and realistic A&M fans on here, but in so many cases the comic value of some of A&M's most delusional fans on other websites is priceless.
On another note, Tech vs. OU this weekend should be a helluva game. I think OU is going to win. There are still a lot of important games left to be played that will affect who goes to what bowls. Texas is pretty much a cinch for a BCS bowl with a win over A&M. It will be very interesting to see what happens from here forward. I'm still holding out hope for Texas to play in the NC game.

i don't think anyone should take texags post/threads as bottom line truth....every msg board has the fans that are border line insane....the only difference between the boards are how well the teams are doing to mask the insanity...
ND has an old coach, that is senile & on national TV, that believes ND will win the MNC every year...this i think is worse than most A&M fans....
tech vs. ou should be a great game this weekend, i think everyone is counting tech out of this game, just like many people have counted them out of major contest games in the past month....i think tech some how figures out a way of pulling this one out...its gonna be a great showcase of 2 powerful offense's and 2 1st caliber coaches.

since weve been picked almost every week since we started playing conference games to lose our undefeated title, im not too worried about the speculations... i predicted at the beginning of this season that our only loss would come to ou in norman... i wish i could take that back now

temp ban or perma? i see name calling thats worse across this site on a daily basis... i understand it was a culmination of things but from an outsiders view in most of the discussions with ut v atm he would get baited... again, not trying to defend him, but there are plenty of ut fans that deserve equal treatment...
I find it simply hilarious that UT fans are so obsessed about A&M and experience such intense pleasure when they fail. I actually kinda feel sorry for the ags and hope they turn things around. I'll root for them (as long as they are not playing OU) mainly because I have many friends who are aggies.

i'm not talking about sprayed...i don't know what he did, but briefly looking over it, it wasn't to the level of what he was banned in the past. calling someone a loser imho is not a bannable offense regardless of their past history. but my opinion doesn't matter to how the mods operate.
but there are people that come in to these threads to just talk trash(just b/c of their hate for the school) and when it gets heated and there are bans that get threatened, they back off and claim innocence & act dumb.
just my 2 cents.
