Asking .40 cents or best offer each.
Another route you could go if you'll be updating content a lot would be something like Joomla, which is set up for people who aren't code-savvy. It's an easy to use content management system that has a lot templatized. It's also free (open-source). Just ask your hosting company to help you install it and you should be good to go.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions too.
I currently run 2 gaming sites off of free "phpbb3" boards. I pay about 6$ a month for webhosting through godaddy.com and 6$ a year per domain. It's a very cheap way of hosting a website. There's plenty of tutorials on phpbb.com on how to install the boards once you have your domain name / webhosting package ready to go. Depending on the amount of traffic you expect, webhosting may cost more. I find the 6$ a month package is WAY more than I need. It offers 150GB data storage, 1500GB monthly transfer, 500 emails and 25 mysql databases. Feel free to PM with anymore questions, I don't mind helping when I have the time.

You need to OWN your domain name (Its cheap...Ex. companyname.com)
Rent a server from a hosting company, they will offer packages with high/low performing servers, as well as bandwidth/storage packages. You dont need anything that would require a large amount of bandwidth/storage, or require alot of resources by the server itself, so you probably wont have to pay more than...$150/yr after its setup if i had to guess
