So, I am in Wimberly for the Christmas break and was wondering when/where the local meets (San Marcos / Austin) are. I know there are several local members out here.

 

starting to meet @ o'reilys or bestbuy in san marcos.

^^Yeah, its fast, but he lets off as soon as someone gets 1/2 a car on him, then turns around 10 miles from the track .

There's a "car show" every Saturday at the Tinseltown movie theater parking lot in Pflugerville off I35. Pflugerville's just south of Round Rock, right by the 45 toll road. I've never actually been to this one, but I hear it's decent. 6:30ish I think? The 620/35 car show just got broken up because of ricers and the new property managers, so I think this is slowly becoming the new spot, but still isn't at it's fullest potential, so don't have high hopes lol. There used to be some bad *** cars at the 620/35 spot though. All sorts of nice *** cars.

There's also a meet Saturday night and Monday night down south, but I hear they've been getting pretty riced out and the cops keep getting thicker down there. Not sure of where they are now, but if you want to check it out still, I can try to find out for you. I would strongly discourage going to the late night Saturday meet down south though... lol

If you don't mind the drive, I'd say the late night Saturday night meets up North are the best (after Tinseltown). But locations change a lot...

 

i will next you guys go out there, you wish my car had heads!!! you should give me yours!

 

Well I am on the South side of Austin so meets towards the south are fine by me lol. I'll try and check out those listed in the next couple of weeks.
