i never have used any juice, but the way i trained, it fooled alot of ppl.
my family was convinced i was using roids. the regimen of the diet really works, the strength increases were stellar along with the mass. i had to do very little cardio to rip down. 30-45min. upon waking. i actually had to hold back on the weight, i didnt want to hurt myself. go figure. i hurt myself anyway. i fell down some stairs. sucks.

its a high protein/high good fat/low carb diet.
not made for everyone. i'm on something similar right now and sometimes the lethargy gets kinda bad, so i have to throw a few more grams of carbs in on the crappy feeling days.

nice c5 btw! looks just like mine with the 505a's. w/o the hood though.

www.metabolicdiet.com
designed by a former powerlifter, Dr. DiPasquale
it takes discipline, but is very effective, but if you have sweet tooth, it will be hard at first. forget about all the chicken breast and white rice. this is a complete opposite. read the entire information, before writing it off.
it will pretty much go against everything u have heard of. but it works.
