Woodbridge Villa's site says starting at $695. I'm sure that is a small 1 BR. You might also consider talking to a local realtor for rent houses. I know a good one if you want his info I can PM you.

I'm coming down this weekend to get an idea and look at a few places. If my damn lt1 would sell i would drop my deposit, come back and uhaul my **** back down there this weekend.
