if the tickets are in different counties then thats one way. also its every months for a county meaning in one fiscal year you can do it twice per county.

your driving record shows when you have taken Defensive Driving, the court makes you submit a copy to the court, i dont see what difference it makes what city your in.

I just rotate between deferred and defensive driving. Although, if you give it to a lawyer they can get you deferred every time.

Then they will have to mail you a check back for 5 dollars ... NEVER CASH THE CHECK take it tear it up and toss it in the trash. This ticket can not be filed until all balances are cleared (you cash the check). So this ticket does not go on your record. Have I tried it... no worth a try.... yes.

So maybe in a month or so you could post back... even if it only postpones the ticket a bit it will allow you to take DD.
Anyone else ever try this? It sounds too good to be true. But man that would be sweet..

Just do deffered. No wasting time in a class and be good for like 3 months then its gone.

The ticket I got around thanksgiving they call it deffered disposition in stead of defferred judication. I dont care what they call it long as the ticket goes away.

Not always. I've taken it several times and my record only shows once. Very recent information btw.
