I have been on 2 Muscle Milks a day and use to take it with EAS HP but quit after awhile and just stuck with a Protein shake diet...
I shop at Vitamin Shoppe
Little expensive at first but after 4 years, I get a pretty good deal on the side

It does have a bit of fat, but it's "good fat" so I wouldn't really worry about it turning into adipose tissue. MM is also a blend of mostly casein protein and is fairly slow digesting, which makes it ideal for use as a pre-bed shake to cut down on protein depletion and muscle catabolism while you sleep.

what did u mix it with? i used water and orange juice. when i used the water is was like dumping sand in water and drinking it. i damn near gagged everything i drank it. hahah

Non workout days I take it mid morning, but on work out days I take it after my workout and always before I go to bed...

hey guys i have a high motabolisum and want to gain weight im taking truemass right now and doesnt seem to work right what do yall recommened taking to gain weight that actually works cause this motabolisum is kicking my *** lol

eat a peanut butter sandwich and drink some milk before you go to bed every night. i was told this back in highschool and it worked. i used to have the same problem until i got introduced to beer. so u might just start drinking a 12 pk every day

12 pack a day does it for me. Been doing it for 5 years now and I can't seem to stop. LOL
But I'm starting to get back into shape and need to learn a workout plan and what to take everyday. Can someone help. Need to get ready for boat season.

I appreciate the help guys.
Allstarhealth seems to have the best prices from all of the links provided(For what I'm looking for).
I also noticed the only difference between the EAS phosphagen HP and ELITE, is that the elite has beta-alanine. Not sure if thats worth the $25-30 difference..mmm.

CM is a waste. Its also highly damaging to liver and kidneys. Look for a Esterfied Creatine. Ester Ethyl to be exact. I like Cell Mass for that. I hate working out without it.
